Areas of interest:

My interests can be described in two categories. First I am interested in the connection between the combinatorics and algebraic geometry. In combinatorics, I study rook placements, rook polynomials, chromatic polynomials, q-analogues. In geometry, I work on partition varieties, Grassmann manifolds, flag manifolds, Schubert cells, Bruhat order, toric varieties, cohomology groups and cohomology rings. The second aspect of my interests is combinatorial optimization. In this area, I study graphic algorithms, complexity theory, linear and nonlinear programming.
