DIMACS was founded as an NSF "science and technology center" in 1988 and is a consortium of Rutgers and Princeton Universities, AT&T Labs, Bell Labs (Lucent Technologies), NEC Laboratories America and Telcordia Technologies. Affiliate Members: Avaya Labs, Georgia Institute of Technology, HP Labs, IBM Research, Microsoft Research, Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and Stevens Institute of Technology.

Director of DyDAn, Homeland Security Center for Dynamic Data Analysis.

DyDAn was founded as a Department of Homeland Security Center of Excellence in 2006 and is a consortium of Rutgers, Princeton, Rennselaer Polytechnic Institute, Texas Southern University, Texas State University-San Marcos, AT&T Labs, and Bell Labs.
