Africa-US Student Research Initiative application form

DIMACS is looking to host several African graduate students for either 1 month, 3 month, 6 month, or year-long visits in 2011-2012. The African graduate student visiting fellows will be chosen through an application process overseen by the project organizing committee.
Please apply by filling out the following blanks. Note that your application is complete when we have received:
1. This electronic application form
2. Two letters of recommendation (emailed to usai (at) dimacs.rutgers.edu)
3. A summary of your prior or planned research in biomathematics (space provided below)
4. A statement of interest and intent from you (space provided below)
5. Academic transcripts emailed to usai (at) dimacs.rutgers.edu
