Participation in the workshop is by invitation only. If you are interested please contact any member of the program committee. Invitees who wish to present a paper should submit an extended abstract no later than June 1, 2004. All abstracts will be available on this web site. We plan to edit a refereed proceedings volume, and we are in contact with a publisher for that purpose. Final versions of the papers to be considered for the volume are due by the end of the year. We are also planning to publish all preliminary versions of the full papers for the workshop in the form of a volume of Annals of LAMSADE.
