You are warmly invited to the Mathematical Institutes Open House reception at the 2010 Joint Mathematics meetings. A presentation will take place on Climate Change and Sustainability activities happening at the institutes and feature invited speakers. In addition, representatives of the sponsoring institutes will be on hand to tell you about some of their exciting upcoming plans for their mathematics programs. Come and check out the opportunities for you to participate in research at these 14 institutes located throughout North America.

This Open House reception precedes the AMS Josiah Willard Gibbs Lecture by Peter W. Shor at 8:30 p.m.
