This special focus is jointly sponsored by the Center for Discrete Mathematics and Theoretical Computer Science (DIMACS), the Biological, Mathematical, and Physical Sciences Interfaces Institute for Quantitative Biology (BioMaPS), and the Rutgers Center for Molecular Biophysics and Biophysical Chemistry (MB Center).


Call for Participation:

The workshop will have main invited speakers, some shorter invited talks and some contributed papers. Participants are encouraged to submit a title and one-page abstract for potential contributed papers.

DEADLINE FOR CONTRIBUTED TALK SUBMISSIONS: Wednesday May 18, 2005

We would like strongly to encourage representatives from industry as well as graduate students and postdocs to attend. Limited financial support will be available to defer expenses incurred by students and postdocs. Please submit a one-page letter of reference from your adviser to explain your scientific status and current source of support.
