Four parts to the application:
1. an up-to-date CV or resume
2. an abstract of recent work that is related to the conference themes or a statement of interest and commitment if there is no abstract (uploaded through the website, .pdf and .doc files only)
3. If you have recently done research in an area related to the conference themes, then upload an abstract of this recent work.

2. Upload of applicant statement of interest and commitment:

Here is your opportunity to demonstrate why you should be chosen to participate in the conference: Challenges on Identifying Integer Sequences. Submit a statement of interest and commitment explaining why you are interested in attending the conference. The statement should speak to at least one of the conference themes associated with the OEIS and address the following questions: Explain your background, interests, motivations, and plans for the future. Which conference topics or talks are of interest to you? How do you hope to contribute to OEIS-related issues in the future? What do you hope to get out of participation in the conference and subsequent workshops or conferences related to the theme? How do you hope to contribute to the conference as a participant?

3. Upload an abstract of related research:

Submit an abstract of something on which you have been working that is related to conference themes. If you would prefer, it is sufficient to submit an abstract for a poster to present at the conference. In that case, you may simply say you are submitting an abstract for a poster at the conference. However, you may submit an abstract and add additional relevant information here. If your recent work is not related to a conference theme or if you have no abstract, then submitting your brief statement explaining why you are interested in attending above is sufficient. You may leave this portion blank.
