The Sixth DIMACS Implementation Challenge:
Near Neighbor Searches
Instructions for Paper Submissions
The DIMACS Challenge workshop was held in January of 1999 in
Baltimore. A refereed workshop proceedings will be published as part
of the AMS-DIMACS book
series.
- Who may submit?
Authors of any of the presentations from the Challenge Workshop in
January may submit full papers for consideration in the refereed
proceedings.
NOTE: we are willing to consider a handful of closely related
papers, even if not presented at the Workshop. However such
submissions will only be considered by the advanced agreement of
the Steering Committee. Please contact us if you are interested
in submitting such a paper)
- Deadline: Friday, July 30, 1999, 8pm ET.
(the choice of this deadline was motivated by a desire to see the
refereed proceedings appear in print in as timely a fashion as
possible. If this deadline is a major problem for your group,
please contact us as soon as possible about suggesting an
alternative.)
- Submission Instructions:
Electronic submissions (either postscript or pdf format only) are strongly
encouraged. Such submissions should be sent electronically to
challenge6@dimacs.rutgers.edu
Alternatively, seven hard copies of the submission should be received
by the deadline at,
