Abstract:
The talk will start revising recent results from fluid dynamic approach to vehicular traffic modeling. Then we will focus on a new mathematical framework to deal with motion of intelligent groups. Based on a time evolving measure the framework permits to address the problem both from a macroscopic point of view, with applications to pedestrian motion, and a microscopic one, with application to animal groups.
