Title: So, You Think You Might Want to Work in IT?

Description:

This will be a student-oriented presentation intended to help students navigate some of the current "landscape" in information technology (IT). Mr. Capone will discuss education in IT Controls, Audit, Risk, Governance, Operations and Security and offer advice on IT-related jobs ? where they are, how to find them, and how to get paid (and paid well) for your specific skills, talents and education. The presentation will draw on the speaker's wide experience in telecom and technology to offer insights related to risk management, global unified communications, and related IT and matters. The talk will touch on topics relevant to business continuity, emergency communications, unified communications, cloud computing, cyber security, and corporate regulatory compliance. Anyone with interest in these areas is encouraged to attend.

Speaker Bio:
