Among the discussion areas that Hangbiao set up, I'd like to bring your
special attention to the "help-desk" area:

We would like this to become the main breeding ground for technical
questions and answers. It will be monitored by DREI staff (such as Hanz
Makmur) and hopefully also by select Math Forum staff (such as Dave
Weksler). Questions that come up repeatedly will migrate, as the
answers mature, to the FAQ page:

By providing a central place for technical questions and technical staff
to converge, we hope that this new setup will result in more consistent
and timely help for your technical problems.
