Well, i tried to keep it a secret til it came together, but it didn't
work, so i'll enlist the whole gang. When Mary E. and i were teaching at
the Crash Course in DM at Rutgers last week, I did a session ob codes
(ZIP, UPC, etc.) One of the teachers mentioned that there is an episode
of Cheers in which Cliff sits at the bar (no pun) and does his version
of explaining the little bar code for ZIP. I've tried the Cheers web
page and a few other places. Anybody remember this, or better yet, have
the whole series on tape somewhere so we can use this clip in our
classes? Spread the word... I know it's out there somewhere.
