telnet?

Does anyone have any idea why I can't telnet to access my account via
dimacs.rutgers.edu??? My telnet program works with several other
accounts I have but I get "connection to host lost" every time I try it
to dimacs. I want to delete a couple of files from my directory.
Thanks for any suggestions.
