• Registration is by invitation only. Invited participants will receive registration information by e-mail.
  

• Information on Location and Accommodations:

  The workshop will be held at the Sheraton Raleigh Hotel in Raleigh, NC, co-located with ACM CCS 2012.

  The hotel block for ACM CCS, with which we are co-located, has already expired. If you already have a reservation through ACM CCS, you may be able to extend it at that rate by calling the hotel. If not, you can book the hotel directly through its web site at http://www.starwoodhotels.com/sheraton/property/overview/index.html?propertyID=434.

• Travel information:

  The closest airport is Raleigh-Durham International Airport (RDU). Options between the airport and the Sheraton Raleigh hotel include shuttle service from American Concierge (888) 884-7015 ($17) and taxi service (about $50 according to the hotel). On Monday (but not on Sunday), another option is the Triangle Transit 100 ($2). The Moore St Transit stop is about a 10-minute walk from the hotel. • Important Reimbursement Information

  Attendees who have been offered travel support should note the following: Reimbursement for air travel can only be made for economy-class travel on US Flag Carriers. To be reimbursed, you must submit original receipts, including your boarding passes.
