  All registrations must be prepaid with a credit card (VISA/Mastercard accepted) at the time of registration.

  Since we reserve the spot for your child once you pay the fee, we discourage parents to withdraw from the workshop once you pay the registration fee. However we realize there may be some unavoidable circumstances. We will refund this fee if you can notify us via email @ udgupta@hotmail.com with a valid reason for withdrawal by 6/2/14. Any email regarding withdrawal received after this date will not be answered.

  Parking permits will be available at the registration table on the day of the workshop.

  Please park in lot 64 located between the CoRE Building and the Werblin Recreation Center.
