Participation is by invitation only.
The second Summit will be held as a one-day event at a hotel adjacent to NSF. We are also planning visits to U.S. universities and to NSF for the Chinese delegation, both before and after the second Summit. Institutions to be visited include the University of California campuses at Irvine, San Diego, and Los Angeles, the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, Rutgers University, New York University, the University of Pittsburgh, and Carnegie-Mellon University.
