Workshop Registration:
o Registration and Application for Graduate Students to Attend if Support is Requested - Financial support is available for graduate students to participate in the workshop. If you are a graduate student requesting support to attend the workshop, please click here to register and to apply for financial support. Financial support includes a waiver of the registration fee, travel expenses (up to $2500), housing, meals, and workshop supplies.

o General Registration - If you are not a graduate student, or a graduate student who is not requesting financial support, click here to register for the workshop. The registration fee will be collected in cash on site.

Registration includes covers meals and supplies needed to participate in the workshop. Housing is not covered in the registration fee.

The deadline for full consideration graduate student applicants from Africa and the United States is March 15, 2011. However applications will be accepted until all positions are filled.

Important Reimbursement Information
Attendees who have been offered support should keep two rules in mind. Reimbursement for air travel can only be made for travel on US Flag Carriers, REGARDLESS OF COST. (For example, travel on airlines such as United, Continental, USAir, and others that are United States based are allowable. Travel on airlines such as Lufthansa, SAS, Air Canada and other airlines based outside the US cannot be reimbursed by DIMACS unless no US Flag carrier flies the route nor has code share flights on the route.)
The second rule to keep in mind is to get original receipts for all reimbursable expenses.
If you're coming from abroad, check the latest visa requirements (they are changing all the time) and get an early start on obtaining a visa.
