Attendees who need to book accommodations for the workshop should call in their reservation requests to the Tarrytown Hilton, 455 South Broadway, Tarrytown, NY 10591, 914-631-5700. A block of rooms has been reserved from August 1 - 5, 1999. Please call in requests by July 11, 1999 to ensure availability, and please reference the "IBM Integer Programming" block. The single room rate is $149.00 per night and charges are to be paid by the individual upon checkout. Please be aware that the hotel will charge an early departure fee should a guest check out prior to the reserved checkout date.
Conference registrants are invited to our banquet dinner on Monday August 2, 1999 at 7:00 PM at the Tarrytown Hilton, Hendrick Hudson Ballroom. Spouses and non-attendees are also invited. A cash bar will be available beginning at 7:00 PM. Dinner will be served at 7:30 PM, followed by a tribute to our guest of honor. The cost to spouses and non-attendees is $50.00. Please contact Mary Beth Miller (mbmiller@us.ibm.com) to register any guests for the dinner. Checks can be made payable to IBM.
There is no registration fee for this workshop.
Attendees who have been offered support should keep two rules in mind. Reimbursement for air travel can only be made for travel on US Flag Carriers, REGARDLESS OF COST. (For example, travel on airlines such as United, Continental, USAir, and others that are United States based are allowable. Travel on airlines such as Lufthansa, SAS, Air Canada and other airlines based outside the US cannot be reimbursed by DIMACS.)
The second rule to keep in mind is to get original receipts for all reimbursable expenses.
