Your CV or Resume should be in this file. Please make sure your name is listed at the top of the first page of the file you are uploading!

2. Upload of applicant statement of interest and commitment:

Here is your opportunity to demonstrate why you should be chosen to participate in the pre-workshop: Challenges and Opportunities. Submit a statement of interest and commitment explaining why you are interested in attending the pre-workshop. The statement should speak to at least one of the pre-workshop themes (Management of Natural Resources, Natural Disasters, Global Change, Data-aware Energy Use, and Sustainable Human Environments) and address the following questions: Explain your background, interests, motivations, and plans for the future. Which workshop topics are of interest to you? How do you hope to contribute to sustainability issues in the future? What do you hope to get out of participation in the pre-workshop and subsequent workshops? How do you hope to contribute to the workshops as a participant?

3. Upload an abstract of related research (optional):

Submit an abstract of something on which you have been working that is related to pre-Workshop themes: Management of Natural Resources, Natural Disasters, Global Change, Data-aware Energy Use, and Sustainable Human Environments. If you would prefer, it is sufficient to submit an abstract for a talk to present at the pre-Workshop. In that case, you may simply say you are submitting an abstract for a talk at the pre-Workshop. However, you may submit an abstract and add additional relevant information here. If your recent work is not related to a pre-Workshop theme or if you have no abstract, then submiting your brief statement explaining why you are interested in attending above is sufficient. You may leave this portion blank.
