Registration Information

  • To register for workshops, print this page, then complete and mail in the Registration Form.
  • Please note that the code for each workshop starts with either P ("primary" - for K-4 teachers), M ("middle" - for 5-8 teachers), S ("secondary" - for 9-12 teachers), or E ("ESPA").
  • Please print a different form for each registrant.
  • All morning workshops are from 8:45 to 11:45; all afternoon workshops are from 12:30 to 3:30. Teachers can attend one or two workshops on a given day.
  • The cost is $50 per workshop. This fee includes refreshments; the full-day fee of $100 includes lunch.
  • Enrollment is limited and applications are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.
  • You will be notified ONLY if the workshop(s) you have selected are either cancelled or over-subscribed.
  • Enclose a check or Purchase Order for the appropriate amount with your Registration Form. These should be payable to "Rutgers University - New Jersey Mathematics Coalition."
  • We must receive your registration from and non-refundable payment information by Monday June 21 for June 28-30 workshops, by Monday August 16 for August 23-25 workshops, and by Monday October 18 for October 25-27 workshops.
