Driving Directions from Princeton to DIMACS
- Take Nassau Street (north) rte.27. From the corner of North Harrison Street, you will travel about 7.2 miles - you'll see a shopping center on your left with an Edwards supermarket.
- At the traffic lights, turn left onto South Middlebush Road. It's a nice ride, about 5 miles.
- Once you slow down on S. Middlebush to 35 mph, the road veers to the right. Stay in the right-hand lane.
- Turn right onto route #514 (drive for about 2.6 miles) crossing JFK Blvd., Veronica Ave.
- Once you cross Veronica, get into the left-hand lane as you'll be turning left onto Franklin Street. (There's a Kentucky Fried Chicken on the right-hand side of the road at the intersection of 514 and Franklin.)
- Travel to the end of Franklin, keeping in the right-hand lane as you begin to go down a small hill (past one set of traffic lights). It's a bit confusing as you get to the second set of lights. In order to go straight ahead, you need to be in the right-hand lane, as the other lane turns left. Sometimes the traffic is backed up quite a ways, so if you see cars pulling over into the breakdown lane before you get to the traffic lights, follow suit.
- Once past the lights, Franklin curves to the left. Now you need to stay in the left-hand lane so you can travel over the small bridge.
- You'll be crossing the Raritan River. At the end of the road (set of traffic lights) turn left. You'll now be on River Road.
- There'll be a sign for various Rutgers sports teams and you may even see a glimpse of the football stadium as you pass it. Take the first right-hand turn (Sutphen Road) into Rutgers University.
- Go straight to the intersection and turn left onto Frelinghuysen Road. (The football stadium will be on your right as you pass it.)
- At the next street (Bartholomew Road) turn right. The recreation center will be on your left.
- At the next intersection turn left onto Brett Road. Go straight up and turn to your left. Park anywhere in lot 60 or 64. CoRE building will be right in front of you it's 7 stories high. Only one set of doors on each side of the building are unlocked - the left side.
