Josh Hirschheimer, Partner at Porsche Consulting for the Transportation practice, will lead this session explaining how ports can realize maximum value from technology from defining a clear North Star vision, prioritizing high‑impact use cases, and executing strong collaboration between operators and technology providers. Bio:
Joshua Hirschheimer is an Aerospace & Transportation Partner at Porsche Consulting, focusing on optimizing passenger, cargo, and logistics operations. He brings expertise in implementing best practices to enhance organizational efficiency while promoting Smart, Lean, and Green initiatives. Joshua collaborates with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and sustainability in the aerospace and transportation sectors. Within Porsche Consulting, Joshua has held positions of including Aerospace, Transportation & Logistics Practice Lead and Senior Manager, Aerospace & Mobility. His activities involved serving as a customer liaison and project manager for engagements for the Aerospace Consulting practice. He was responsible for new business development, creating consulting offering collateral, and driving innovation in the aviation business. Prior to joining Porsche Consulting, Joshua held multiple roles at Sabre, including Senior Principal and Director, Operations Research and Data Strategy Consulting. His woek included providing technology solutions to the global travel industry, managing critical operations, including passenger and guest reservations, revenue management, flight, network and crew management.
