Happy new year!

This is a request of good health for everyone. It is also a request for
rubrics of teaching! Here is the situation:

A two-hour-sit-down exam or a 15-min. of teaching to your peers with a
teammate: what a choice for the students in my new Discrete Math course!
What a quantum leap for me to offer such an attractive alternative
(first time ever.) Every student jumped on the choice of teaching. Now I
am seeking simple rubrics of evaluating teaching from anyone who is
familiar with the setup. Any advice to best prep them to excell on this
advanture will be appreciated. A preliminary directions for students is
attached.
