She Wanted His Body, She Thought He Was Sexy, But She Forgot To Tell Him So Pop singer Rod Stewart gave an emotional and tearful press conference yesterday after it was revealed that a woman wanted his body, thought he was sexy, but forgot to tell him so. The anonymous woman from Leeds attended a Rod Stewart concert in 1981, part of the "Do Ya Think I'm Sexy?" tour. Midway through the eponymous song, she thought that she would like his body, and that she found him sexually attractive. However, she neglected to mention this fact, and later the thought slipped her mind. It was not until recently, when she heard the same song being played on Leeds' Hot Hits FM that she rememered her supressed desires and reported her inaction to police. A clearly distraut Stewart was not reserved about expressing himself: "I thought I had been very clear on this issue. It's precisely what I've warned people about. If they harbour deep sexual desires, especially towards my own person, then they should not repress those feelings, but they should tell me so, in no uncertain terms. Only then can I respond by giving them the good loving that they so urgently need. I can't imagine how many people have slipped through the net." In response to this latest revelation of forgetfulness, Stewart has launched a 24-hour emergency "Tell Me So" phone line. "Any time of the day or night, if a woman wants my body and thinks that I am sexy, she can dial 0800 676252 and tell me so," explained Stewart. "Every morning I promise that I will listen to the messages that desperate women have left, and do my best to service their needs. This epidemic of forgetfulness must be eradicated!" Rod Stewart is 73.
