Looks like you don't have your LINK_BASE environment variable set. It
should be set the the full pathname of the LINK root directory.

Also, I have to apologize in advance for documentation not in a polished
stage. You can learn a lot of the things LINK can do by reading the
papers hanging off the web page (http://dimacs.rutgers.edu). The Graph
Drawing 97 and SIGCSE 97 papers give some good examples and discussion.
