That ftp link does not exist. Do you mean
ftp://dimacs.rutgers.edu/pub/berryj/ ?
It's intersting that this one is larger than the one at
ftp://kaolin.unice.fr/pub/ -- 2784 Kb and 2547 Kb, respectively.
Anyway, they both gave me the same errors and at the same place (i.e.,
when trying the install Tcl-related stuff).
