Yes, the version you can obtain from the web page incorporates components
of "nauty," which lets you test for isomorphism. It's a menu option
which, when chosen, asks you to click in two graph windows, then gives you
an answer. Of course, the graphs can be computed or loaded from files.

p.s. Under way this coming summer: major renovations, likely switch to
