Abstract:
We provide a deterministic polynomial-time list decoding algorithm for Reed–Solomon codes over prime fields that approaches list decoding capacity on every evaluation set for any constant rate. Joint work with Joshua Brakensiek, Yeyuan Chen, Louie Putterman, and Zihan Zhang.
