- Abstract:
Game Theory stems from the curiosity of John von Neumann to study a simplified version of poker game. He studied the game under the very unrealistic assumption that there is an "infinite deck" with the values ranging from 0 and 1. We harness the power of computation to investigate analogs with finitely many cards. We will give some background of game theory and show how to translate the von Neumann poker into the game theory setup.
