The Department of Homeland Security university centers of excellence (COEs) have established a COVID-19 Supply Chain Initiative under support of the DHS Office of University Programs and under the leadership of the CCICADA Center at Rutgers University. This event is part of a sequence of short workshops that the Initiative is holding to help identify areas for collaboration among the COEs, ideas for projects, and contacts with people at DHS, other government agencies, and within the private sector.

This is one of two events organized by CCICADA and the CEEZAD COE based at Kansas State University addressing issues surrounding the roll-out of COVID-19 vaccines. Each event is organized around a keynote presentation and a panel discussion that includes participants from government, the private sector, and academia. There will be ample time for questions and discussion.

Keynote: Professor Florian Krammer, Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai.

The companion event takes place on January 8, 2021 and emphasizes vaccine distribution and prioritization.

For more details, please visit the event's CCICADA webpage.
