You will be given a receipt for your payment at the conference.
Cancellation policy: Full refunds will be made to anyone cancelling on or before May 15. No refunds will be made for cancellations after that date.
Your conference fee will entitle you to:
- Entrance to all conference presentations
- Breakfast on both conference days (May 23-24)
- Entrance to the Conference Reception, held in conjunction with the Poster and Demonstration Session, where ample food will be served (evening, May 23)
- The conference packet of materials including the conference papers

If you need a letter of invitation:
If you need a letter of invitation, you must first pay your registration in full. For a letter of invitation, send a request via email to
Tayfur Altiok, Rutgers University
(altiok@rci.rutgers.edu).
Be sure to include the following information:
- Form of address (Mr., Mrs. Ms., Dr., etc.)
- Full name and full mailing address (include Street address, City, State/Province, Postal Code, Country)
- If you are an IEEE Member (If so, please include member number)
- If you are a speaker, presenter, moderator or panelist (include title of presentation or name of panel)
- How the letter should be sent to you: email; mail (generally, we use FedEx; specify address
if different
from address on letter); or fax (provide fax number)
