Nassau Inn is the only hotel in downtown Princeton within walking distance to the university. The Holiday Inn, the DoubleTree Hotel, the Marriott at Forrestal and the Hampton Inn are all on Route 1, a few miles north of Princeton, and are quite reasonable. The Palmer Inn and the Marriott Residence Inn at Market Fair are also reasonable, and are on Route 1 slightly south of Princeton. The Hyatt is on Route 1 closest to the university. Nice but pricey.
The meeting will take place in The Computer Science Building. The poster sessions are in the Friend Center, which is adjoined to the Computer Science building.
You should leave yourself 20 to 30 minutes to get from Parking Lot 21 to the Computer Science building. The Blue Line shuttle runs approximately every 15 minutes, but it is a small shuttle bus and it transports university workers as well as visitors.
An alternative to the shuttle is walking. If you are so inclined, it is a 15 minute walk from parking Lot 21 to the Computer Science Building. Directions are: Walk up Fitzrandolph Rd. toward campus. Turn left on Prospect St. and right on Olden St. The Computer Science Building is halfway up the block on the left (at Shapiro Walk).
Please allow yourself ample time for parking, getting to the lecture hall and registration so that we may begin on time.
