  There will be a modest registration fee of $25, and this includes lunch refreshments and a $5 contribution to the New York Academy of Sciences Graph Theory Fund. Lunch can be guaranteed only for advance registrants. Please make checks payable to: Rutgers University and send them to: DIMACS Center, Rutgers University, 96 Frelinghuysen Road, Piscataway, NJ 08854, Attention: Graph Theory Day 42. On-site registration will commence at 10:00am, accompanied by danish and coffee. The program begins at 10:30am.

  Parking permits will be available at the registration table on the day of the event.

  Please park in lot 64 located between the CoRE Building and the Werblin Recreation Center.

  Note: Football game alert!

  Rutgers has a home football game on the day of the workshop. At approximately 10:00 they will barricade the lots near the CoRE building and restrict the incoming vehicles to those with special football parking permits. If you arrive after they have barricaded the lots you will need to park in an alternate lot which is about a 5-10 minute walk to the CoRE Building. The alternate lot is:
  • Lot 63, on Davidson Road between Bartholomew Road and Metlars Lane. At the front of the Administrative Services Building (ASB).

  • Busch campus map

  The football game starts at 1:30. If you arrive on campus by 10:30 (the start of the day's program) you should not have a problem with traffic.

• Important Reimbursement Information

  Attendees who have been offered support should keep two rules in mind. Reimbursement for air travel can only be made for travel on US Flag Carriers, REGARDLESS OF COST. (For example, travel on airlines such as United, Continental, USAir, and others that are United States based are allowable. Travel on airlines such as Lufthansa, SAS, Air Canada and other airlines based outside the US cannot be reimbursed by DIMACS.)

  The second rule to keep in mind is to get original receipts for all reimbursable expenses.
