Other items for evaluation NSF

Besides the student & other teacher (who also uses your lesson plans)
evaluation forms you will be sending to me, NSF is also interested in
finding out if you do any presentations to other teachers, conferences,
workshops etc. based on your DREI experience.

To that end, would you send me information related to any of the above,
especially and agenda which lists your name and title of talk. If there
is a participant list (or any other information which lists who
participated) it would be especially appreciated.

This information will also be provided to Dr. Norman Webb who will be
conducting a follow up evaluation questionnaire in the spring of 97.
