To help the selection committee, please be sure that all your materials
are included before sending your application, and please be concise and
observe the page limits.

publications.
- Summary of previous research results (2 pages maximum).
Address this to a general audience of research scientists in
computer science, mathematics, and operations research
as well as, in part, to specialists in your field.
- Statement of research plans while at DIMACS (2 pages maximum).
Explain how DIMACS resources or collaborations with
DIMACS members will benefit you, and how you hope to contribute
to the research life here.

Applicants interested in the Special Focus programs
should address their plans for participating in
tutorials, workshops, and seminars specifically.
- Personal professional goals statement (1 page maximum)
Explain how your possible experience at DIMACS could impact
your long-term professional goals. This statement should be short
and should encompass where you see your career going.
- Three letters of recommendation.
We ask that applicants arrange
for these letters to be sent separately by postal mail or email (electronic submissions are required and you may follow up with originals in the mail [although this is not required]).
