Dear DREI Colleagues:
The University of North Florida is offering
an Advanced Placement Summer Institute for
Teachers and Future Teachers of AP Statistics.
It will be held July 21-25 with an optional
preliminary session July 17-19. I will bring
a copy of the brochure to the March meeting.
Call Susan at 904-646-2690 at the Division
of Continuing Education for registration details.
Cost is $325 plus $36 a night for campus lodging.
Also, on a another subject, those interested
in block scheduling should look at the December
issue of the Mathematics Teacher, there is an
article about this current trend in this issue.
