Grant deadline is September 15 .. write essay!

Yet another group is trying to find out how teachers and students are
using the Internet in the classroom. The Students and Teachers Achieving
Recognition (STAR) Society are looking for innovative projects using the
Internet, ways to integrate the Internet into classroom learning and
Internet projects from students.

STAR Search applicants willbe judged on their 500-word essays - "Why I
Love the Internet," and the quality of their Internet-related projects.The
deadline for entries is Sept. 15

The contest's top prize is an Apple computer system. Other winners will
receive software, Internet resources and services and other
computer-related prizes.
